Manufacturing Engineer - Sports Equipment

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing sports equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate process changes and improvements.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and quality teams to ensure product manufacturability.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production performance and report on key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for raw materials and components.
