Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering team and drive operational excellence in our TV and Radio manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing engineering, including process improvement, new product introduction, quality control, and team management. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and a proven ability to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development.

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.

Collaborate with R&D, product design, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful new product introductions.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations and report on performance.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.

Manage the manufacturing engineering budget and resource allocation.
