Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes within our facility management operations in Surat. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a foundational education from 12th Pass.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production lines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Participate in the planning and execution of new process implementations or improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing floor to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory management and material flow optimization.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.
