Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant engineering field and a passion for the gems and jewelry industry. This role will involve supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the efficient production of exquisite jewelry pieces. You will work closely with production teams to implement engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment for jewelry production.
- Monitor production lines to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing solutions for improvement.
- Support quality control measures and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and tools.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in data collection and analysis to track production performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
