Manufacturing Engineering Manager role in Healthcare & Life Sciences (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our Vadodara facility. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes within our pharmaceutical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and a commitment to quality and efficiency. This position is suitable for individuals with a 12th Pass education who possess practical experience and a desire to grow in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the manufacturing engineering team in daily operations.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new product introductions and process modifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required.
- Collaborate with quality control and other departments to resolve manufacturing-related problems.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior manufacturing staff.
