Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and research-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical foundation coupled with practical application skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement in the iron and steel sector.
- Apply advanced analytical and research methodologies to diagnose production issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to achieve manufacturing objectives.
- Develop and mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical expertise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the manufacturing process.
