Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our paper manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure product quality, and manage production teams to meet company goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve production targets and cost efficiencies.
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.
- Manage raw material inventory and procurement processes to ensure timely availability.
- Monitor production performance, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
