Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes within the recruitment and staffing sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM education to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity in our operational workflows. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing-related services that support our core staffing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency in manufacturing processes related to staffing solutions.
Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of services.
Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Manage inventory and supply chain for manufacturing-related materials and equipment.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales, and IT, to align manufacturing operations with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor junior staff members involved in manufacturing operations.
