Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marathi Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Marathi language curriculum tailored for adult learners in a corporate setting.
Conduct engaging and interactive Marathi language classes, focusing on conversational skills, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help students achieve language proficiency.
Incorporate cultural insights and context relevant to Maharashtra and Marathi-speaking communities.
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to understand specific language needs within the company.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
