Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marathi Teacher to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for an individual with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and 5 years of experience in teaching or a related field, looking to leverage their educational background and language proficiency. The Marathi Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Marathi language lessons to students, fostering a love for the language and culture, and ensuring academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Marathi language curriculum aligned with educational standards.
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating interactive teaching methods and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation techniques, including assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize digital tools and resources, potentially leveraging your BCA background, to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to Marathi language and culture.
