We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our payment infrastructure, contributing to our mission of simplifying digital payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operational oversight and maintenance of critical payment processing systems and related infrastructure.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on system performance, transaction volumes, and financial reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Operations) to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Support the implementation of new payment technologies and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and suggest areas for improvement.
