Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Marine Engineer with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Nasik. This role involves applying design thinking and engineering principles to develop and enhance educational content and platforms related to maritime studies. You will be instrumental in creating engaging learning experiences for aspiring marine professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative educational modules and course materials for marine engineering programs.
- Develop interactive simulations and virtual learning environments for complex marine systems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate technical knowledge into pedagogical content.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the effectiveness and engagement of learning materials.
- Apply design principles to optimize the user experience of our online learning platform for maritime courses.
- Contribute to the development of project roadmaps and timelines for new educational product launches.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in marine technology and educational design to inform curriculum development.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
