Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine Superintendent with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marine operations within the pharmaceutical industry. The Marine Superintendent will support the smooth and efficient functioning of marine logistics, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all marine-related activities, including vessel operations, cargo handling, and port calls.

Monitor vessel performance and ensure compliance with company policies, international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL), and local laws.

Support the maintenance of vessel documentation, logs, and records.

Participate in safety inspections and drills, and contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures.

Liaise with ship crews, port authorities, agents, and other stakeholders.

Assist in the investigation of incidents or accidents and help in implementing corrective actions.

Provide support for the efficient management of marine assets and resources.
