Marine Superintendent

Role Summary: The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all marine operations related to naval vessels and offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, operational efficiency, and project timelines. This role requires a deep understanding of maritime law, naval architecture, and project management within the defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the operational readiness and deployment of naval vessels.
- Ensure adherence to all national and international maritime laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for timely project execution.
- Conduct inspections and audits of vessels and marine equipment to ensure seaworthiness and functionality.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and contingency plans.
- Manage crew assignments, training, and welfare.
- Oversee port operations, logistics, and supply chain management for marine assets.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, safety incidents, and project status.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders.
