Marine Superintendent

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine Superintendent to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for overseeing and coordinating maritime-related aspects of our advertising and marketing campaigns, particularly those involving coastal or riverine logistics, event staging, or visual content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the logistical planning and execution of marine-based campaign elements, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with shipping companies, port authorities, and other maritime stakeholders to secure necessary permits, approvals, and resources.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for marine locations to ensure safety and feasibility of campaign activities.
- Oversee the deployment and management of marine assets (e.g., barges, boats) used for advertising or event purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Develop and maintain detailed operational plans, schedules, and reports related to marine operations.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into practical marine operational strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for marine services and equipment.
- Provide on-site supervision and support during campaign execution, addressing any operational challenges promptly.
