Marine Superintendent (3-5 Yrs) - Analytics / KPO / Research Sector

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Marine Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience, holding a B.Pharma degree, to join our team in Delhi. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and compliance within our analytics and KPO operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to contribute to data integrity, regulatory adherence, and process optimization within a research-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the operational aspects related to marine data analysis and research projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Apply pharmaceutical knowledge to interpret, validate, and report on complex datasets, particularly those related to chemical compounds, drug efficacy, or clinical trial data.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP principles), and internal SOPs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, data analysts, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.

Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in research and KPO activities.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for operational challenges.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
