Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine Superintendent with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role involves overseeing and managing marine-related operations and projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical understanding and analytical skills to contribute to the successful execution of our design and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marine operations, including vessel movements, cargo handling, and port activities.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess the condition of marine assets and identify potential risks.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) and external stakeholders (port authorities, vendors) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Utilize MCA knowledge for data analysis, reporting, and potentially developing/managing operational software or databases.
- Support the development and implementation of safety procedures and emergency response plans.
