Role Summary:
Housr Homes is seeking a dynamic and analytical Market Research & Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in understanding market trends, identifying new opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to inform our strategic decisions within the competitive Indian real estate and co-living sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research on the Indian real estate landscape, focusing on co-living, rental markets, and emerging urban development trends.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.
- Gather and interpret data from various sources, including industry reports, government data, surveys, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market dynamics.
- Identify potential new markets and locations for expansion based on demographic, economic, and real estate data analysis.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, outlining research findings, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product) to translate research insights into tangible business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand evolving needs and preferences in the rental accommodation market.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and policy shifts impacting the real estate and co-living industry in India.
