Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research on real estate trends, economic indicators, and demographic shifts impacting the Chennai market.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and purchasing behavior through surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Support the development of market entry strategies, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry publications, news, and data sources to stay abreast of market developments and regulatory changes.
