Job Description

Role Summary:
The Market Research Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the engineering and construction industry. This role will provide critical insights to support strategic decision-making, business development, and project pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market research strategies to gather data on industry trends, economic factors, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and areas for strategic focus.
- Prepare detailed market intelligence reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and business development teams.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of market research initiatives and adjust methodologies as needed.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, and project teams to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and update market databases and information repositories.
