Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Research Manager to lead market intelligence and competitive analysis efforts within the Defence & Aerospace sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, understanding customer needs, and providing strategic insights to support business development and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for the Indian Defence & Aerospace industry.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, potential threats, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement market research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Gather and analyze data on market size, growth rates, customer segmentation, and purchasing behaviors.
- Monitor competitor activities, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed market research reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to translate market insights into business strategies.
- Stay abreast of government policies, regulations, and technological advancements impacting the Defence & Aerospace sector.
- Forecast market trends and provide insights for long-term strategic planning.
