- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and webinars.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the ed-tech landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Manage and update company social media profiles and website content.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
