We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate looking to kickstart their career in marketing technology and automation within the NBFC sector. You will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our marketing automation campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Support the creation and segmentation of email lists based on customer data and campaign objectives.
- Help in setting up automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and generate basic reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all automated communications.
- Assist in A/B testing of email subject lines, content, and calls to action to optimize campaign performance.
- Learn and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
