Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for individuals with a 12th Pass education looking to grow their career in marketing operations within the public sector. You will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns, managing our marketing automation platform, and contributing to data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation tools.

Manage and maintain contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.

Support the development and execution of lead nurturing workflows and automated communication sequences.

Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and generate basic reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new automation strategies and optimize existing processes.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Provide support for landing page creation and form building within the marketing automation platform.
