Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Summary:
Biocon Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement across various digital channels. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, SMS, etc.) using marketing automation platforms.
- Develop and manage lead scoring and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and email templates within the marketing automation system.
- Segment customer databases for targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the marketing automation platform.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
