Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our marketing automation platform to drive lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in executing data-driven marketing campaigns and ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and other marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Create and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
Design and build landing pages, email templates, and forms within the marketing automation system.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead management processes and definitions.
Manage data hygiene and integrity within the marketing automation platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
Assist in the integration of marketing automation tools with other marketing and sales technologies.
