Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of marketing principles. You will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our marketing automation campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer loyalty within the D2C jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and management of marketing automation campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media).
Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
Create and segment customer lists for targeted marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new campaign ideas.
Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations.
Support A/B testing of emails and landing pages to optimize performance.
