Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Consultant with 3-5 years of experience, holding a BCA degree, to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote HAL's products and services within the Defence & Aerospace sector, contributing to business growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials and market insights.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to understand product features and benefits.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the Defence & Aerospace sector.
