Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for a key product category within our Food Processing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and a proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market penetration, brand awareness, and sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, ATL, BTL, PR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Product Development, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Drive innovation in marketing approaches and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
