Marketing Manager (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote public health initiatives and programs under the National Health Mission. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex health information into accessible marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various NHM programs and campaigns, aligning with government objectives.
• Create engaging and informative marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and press releases, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare professionals and government officials, to ensure accurate messaging and program alignment.
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with government regulations and ethical standards.
