Marketing Manager - Medical Services / Hospital Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, patient engagement, and service utilization for our hospital services. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, digital marketing, and the healthcare industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for various hospital departments and services, aligning with business objectives.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, digital creatives, social media content, and presentations, leveraging design skills.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing to drive patient acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the healthcare sector.
- Plan and execute events, health camps, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and community outreach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (doctors, administration, patient services) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with service delivery.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
