Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing professional to join our India team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive product adoption, and strengthen our market position within the Indian agrochemical sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian agricultural landscape and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) tailored for the Indian market.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the Indian agrochemical industry.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product management teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content.
• Organize and participate in industry trade shows, farmer meetings, and other promotional events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
