Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a passion for social impact. You will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and outreach within the community and to potential donors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage social media presence, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and fundraising activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand target audience needs.
- Collaborate with program teams to effectively communicate project impact and success stories.
- Maintain and update the organization's website and marketing materials.
- Support donor communication and engagement efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.

Self Employed Women's Association (SEWA) Bharat is a national federation of women-led organizations and trade unions. Established in 1984, it is a collective effort of SEWA organizations across India to strengthen the voice and economic power of poor, self-employed women workers. SEWA Bharat works on a range of issues including livelihood promotion, financial inclusion, social security, health, education, and advocacy for women's rights.
