Role Summary:
Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to develop and lead a specialized program focused on rehabilitation, stress management, and overall well-being for patients and staff. This unique role leverages the therapeutic benefits of martial arts to complement our existing medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a martial arts curriculum tailored for rehabilitation, stress reduction, and physical conditioning.
- Conduct regular classes for patients (with physician approval) and hospital staff.
- Assess participants' physical condition and tailor exercises to their specific needs and limitations.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention.
- Educate participants on the mental and physical benefits of martial arts.
- Collaborate with medical professionals (doctors, physiotherapists) to ensure program integration with patient care plans.
- Maintain attendance records and provide progress reports as needed.
