Role Summary: UPL Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Martial Arts Teacher to conduct training sessions for employees at our India-based facilities. This role aims to promote physical fitness, discipline, and stress management among our workforce, fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive martial arts curriculum suitable for adults of varying fitness levels.
- Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging learning environment.
- Teach fundamental martial arts techniques, including stances, strikes, blocks, and forms.
- Emphasize the principles of discipline, respect, focus, and self-control.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and physical capabilities.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions.
- Organize and conduct periodic assessments or demonstrations.
- Maintain attendance records and communicate with HR regarding program participation.
