This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree who possesses a passion for martial arts and a commitment to youth development. The teacher will be responsible for imparting martial arts training to children and youth, fostering discipline, physical fitness, and self-confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive martial arts training programs suitable for various age groups and skill levels.
- Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging learning environment.
- Teach fundamental and advanced martial arts techniques, emphasizing discipline, respect, and ethical conduct.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess skill development.
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, demonstrations, and potentially local competitions.
- Maintain attendance records and communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to students with diverse learning needs, leveraging analytical skills from an MCA background to structure lessons effectively.
- Collaborate with other program coordinators to integrate martial arts training with broader youth development goals.
- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed during training sessions.
