Material Scientist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Material Scientist with a Master's degree to join our dynamic R&D team in Kolkata. You will be instrumental in researching, developing, and characterizing novel materials for cutting-edge electronic applications. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-6 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the fast-evolving electronics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development of new materials, including polymers, composites, ceramics, and metals, for electronic components and devices.
- Characterize material properties using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, FTIR, DSC, TGA).
- Investigate material failure mechanisms and develop solutions to improve material performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, product development) to integrate new materials into product designs.
- Develop and optimize material processing techniques for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in material science and their applications in the electronics industry.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
