We are seeking a motivated Material Scientist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Corporate R&D team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in material science principles and a B.Sc degree, with a keen interest in contributing to advancements in electronics manufacturing. This role involves research, development, and testing of new materials to improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on novel materials relevant to electronic components and manufacturing processes.
Characterize material properties using various analytical techniques (e.g., microscopy, spectroscopy).
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new material solutions.
Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations for material-related issues.
Maintain detailed records of experiments, results, and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in material science and manufacturing technologies.
