Materials / Inventory Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Materials / Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring efficient material flow, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives within our broadcasting and production operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels for broadcast equipment, production supplies, and other relevant materials.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
• Forecast material needs based on production schedules, historical data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Support the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes.
