Materials / Inventory Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials / Inventory Analyst with 2-5 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic BPM team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting supply chain operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to contribute to process improvements within our client-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels across various locations to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize carrying costs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan inventory needs.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management, warehousing, and material handling.
- Utilize ERP systems and inventory management software to track stock movements, manage stock levels, and generate relevant reports.
- Support the implementation of new inventory control procedures and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and material handling.
