Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes, implementing corrective actions.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and potential cost savings.
- Support the development and implementation of inventory management systems and tools.
