Materials Manager - Metals & Mining Sector (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of materials management principles, procurement, inventory control, and logistics within the metals and mining industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective supply of materials to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans for raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock, minimize carrying costs, and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Oversee the selection and evaluation of suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to forecast material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Analyze material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Manage logistics and transportation of materials to and from operational sites.
