Role Summary: UFlex Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our Learning & Development team. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering mathematics training programs tailored to our employees, focusing on enhancing analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data interpretation relevant to the packaging and containers industry. The ideal candidate will foster a learning environment that encourages critical thinking and practical application of mathematical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics curriculum and training modules for employees at various levels.
- Focus on practical applications of mathematics in areas such as statistics, data analysis, quality control, process optimization, and financial modeling within the packaging industry.
- Assess employee learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mathematics education and corporate training.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their specific mathematical training requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and employee progress.
