The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, including an MBA/PGDM, and 3-5 years of experience in teaching mathematics. You will be responsible for fostering a love for mathematics, developing critical thinking skills, and ensuring students meet academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lesson plans for various grade levels, aligning with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and educational technologies to cater to different learning styles.
- Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and intellectual curiosity.
- Collaborate with parents and school administration to discuss student performance and development.
- Incorporate real-world applications of mathematics relevant to the automotive industry where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage classroom logistics effectively.
