MD / CEO

Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Managing Director (MD) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Indian operations in the Electronic Components / Semiconductors sector. The MD/CEO will be responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and market leadership for TCS's semiconductor business in India, ensuring alignment with global objectives and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to expand market share and revenue within the Indian semiconductor ecosystem.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's operations in India, including sales, marketing, R&D, manufacturing (if applicable), and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Drive innovation and technological advancement in electronic component design, manufacturing, and related services.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure financial health and profitability of the Indian operations, managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and public events.
- Stay abreast of global trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the semiconductor industry.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
