Role Summary: We are looking for a diligent and technically inclined Mechanic with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of system maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, contributing to the stability and efficiency of our content development tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems related to our content creation hardware and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, tools, and equipment used in the content development process.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with software platforms.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Provide technical support for hardware-related queries from content creators.
