We are seeking a meticulous and highly educated Mechanic with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our linguistic tools and systems that support our content development and language services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with a deep understanding of language-based operational mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine diagnostic checks and calibration on language processing hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues affecting content delivery workflows.
Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics.
Collaborate with the R&D team to implement improvements and upgrades for linguistic machinery.
Ensure all operational equipment adheres to safety standards and company protocols.
Provide technical support and training to junior staff on the operation of specialized language tools.
