Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in our production facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in our beauty and personal care product manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment for manufacturing processes.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and production lines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct performance testing and analysis of mechanical components and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications.
