Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a BBA/BBM degree to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic healthcare and life sciences environment. The role will focus on supporting mechanical operations, equipment maintenance, and process improvement initiatives within our Hyderabad facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Participate in projects related to equipment upgrades, installation, and validation.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives within the mechanical operations department.
- Learn and apply principles of project management and supply chain within a manufacturing context.
