Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our refining division in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of refining processes and equipment within the railway industry. This role requires a strong theoretical foundation and practical application of mechanical engineering principles in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and modification of refining equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of existing refining processes and machinery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to implement process improvements.
Perform material selection, stress analysis, and thermal calculations for new and existing components.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in site inspections and commissioning of new equipment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in refining technologies and their application in the railway sector.
